My wife challenged me to get on the scale at home. I'm just under 6'.0" and I weighed 187 Lbs. I haven't weighed this light since.... Before 2000! My best Army weight was 175 in 1997. So I'm only 12 pounds over.

I've gotten up to 212.

I totally walked away from alcohol January 10 this year. I wish I could say it was will power but it was willing power. I was willing to put my life in God's hands by the grace of Jesus Christ. I bent the knee and went all in.

I just ask God to help me so his work.
