Good Morning,

1 Samuel 5:2-5 KJV “When the Philistines took the ark of God, they brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon.

3. ¶And when they of Ashdod arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the earth before the ark of the Lord. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again.

4. And when they arose early on the morrow morning, behold, Dagon was fallen upon his face to the ground before the ark of the Lord; and the head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands were cut off upon the threshold; only the stump of Dagon was left to him.

5. Therefore neither the priests of Dagon, nor any that come into Dagon’s house, tread on the threshold of Dagon in Ashdod unto this day.”

The priests know that they are merely masons of hewn stone and they try to gain as many by machinations. To this day, though, they are superstitious and they will not go anywhere near places anointed by God.

Ask for the blood of Jesus Christ who has freely given his life, shed his blood, and risen from the dead for you to be sanctified against sin. Jesus is the living high priest who can and does not fear to travel anywhere.

Hebrews 3:1-2 KJV “Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

2. Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.”

Today's Psalm:

Psalm 35:8-14 KJV “Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.

9. And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation.

10. All my bones shall say, Lord, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?

11. False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.

12. They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.

13. But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.

14. I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.”
