There are a lot of atheists, secular spokes holes, satanists, pagans and humanists. There are a lot. They give plenty of advice. Read ( ad + vice ).
Since the age of 16 ( 1986 ) I tried to redefine myself from being a born again Christian to something else more palatable to other people, what other people think, what I would think other people would think or what I thought other people who were smarter than me would think. It was a roulette game and spiritually I was heading for suicide. God, however was not interested in my suicide. God was already invested in me and he insulated me from many things enough so that I would not perish but I did get to experience the who pain.
I spent about 39 years trying to circumnavigate Jesus Christ, God and the Holy Spirit. It was very painful. I tried to put out the fire with alcohol. I tried to put out the pain with mindless activities. I tried to put out the fire with fire.
I gave up and asked Jesus to return back into my life. He never left. He was there the whole time. All I had to do was give my free will over to him. Immediately the fight was over. I didn't even have to believe! I just went through the motions. It was like going into an elevator. Push the bottom. Open the door. Walk in. Close door. Go up.
I read here so many giving advice to men, parents, plebs, and degenerates. Some sincere prose and some clever secular glorification. Even as the regular social media does the same.
This inspires me to put in my words. Words that are not clever, not secular, but these are salesman's words. I want to sell you on yourself and God -- a relationship that only you can validate. Not one without the other. I want to sell you on the activity of going off alone, to pray to God and ask him to come into your life. I'm interested in selling you the idea of having God's only begotten son, Jesus Christ, wipe away your sins and fill your body with the Holy Spirit.
It's a big sale. It's one where I'm fulfilling my purpose in life. It's a sale where I benefit without measure. The benefit I get is that there is one more who will be written into the book of life. One more will make it to the next project where the Lord, God Almighty has the willing enjoy collaborating in what is good.
The highest spiritual practice after priest, guru, disciple, holy man is salesman. You have to give people the best. You can not be by yourself for too long. You have to talk about God. You sell people on the idea of going away from others, praying to God, asking Him to accept that person, asking Him to show that person what is the truth and submitting to his Son, Jesus Christ. Then you begin your own sales program where honesty, integrity and brotherly love begin to take affect.
To the rational this is irrational. The ratio is light and dark. Going beyond the ratio is seeing. Darkness doesn't see anything. Light sees both.

As a human being we do plan, we do build shelter and we do store things. The illusion is that we are doing this because we are clever. No, we are not clever. We are obeying the Lord and we are submitting to his will and the ones who are under Satan's spell are confounded into thinking that our prosperity is the work of clever mechanism and not Providence.

Dear Lord, Father,
Please bless those who read this and help them to see the light. Bless me also and all of those I contact so that I only do your will and your work. Please forgive me for anything I have incorrectly stated. Please allow me to live in fellowship with you always. Please help us all to understand your Son, Jesus Christ and what he has done to extend the light of your glory.
