If you don't understand how fascism works, this is how it works.
Fascism is the cooperating of government and private companies to quell, collude or conspire against individuals who can powerfully influence common people away from the official narrative of action.
Government will say, "We didn't do this because it's illegal for us to discriminate." Companies will do this because it's their own freedom of speech to deny service.
Government will threaten the company with sanctions if the company doesn't refuse you service. Particularly the executive branch of government.
